Notice and Guidelines on Illegal Souvenirs and Prohibited Export Items

The company has established the following notices and guidelines regarding illegal souvenirs and prohibited export items:

• Informing Customers of Applicable Laws: The company has a duty and responsibility to strictly inform all tourists and customers about domestic laws, international laws, and relevant conventions prohibiting the trade, import, and export of historical artifacts, religious objects, as well as rare or endangered flora and fauna (such as CITES).
• Strict Prohibition on Trading: Customers and tourists are strictly prohibited from purchasing, selling, possessing, or attempting to import and export souvenirs and products deemed illegal or damaging to natural resources and cultural heritage at tourist destinations.

List of Souvenirs and Items Prohibited from Purchase, Sale, Import, or Export

• Historical and Ancient Religious Artifacts: Such as ancient Buddha statues, fragments of religious sites, deities, ancient pottery, and all types of antiquities excavated or acquired without permission from the Fine Arts Department or relevant authorities.
• Products from Endangered Wildlife and Flora (Under CITES): Such as jewelry or decorations made from ivory, rhinoceros horn, tiger skin, sea turtle shells, rare bird feathers, and all types of protected wildlife products.
• Coral and Marine Life Remains: Such as natural coral, giant clamshells, or protected aquatic animal remains collected from coral reefs and the sea.
• Aromatic Woods and Protected Conservation Plants: Such as Siamese rosewood, sandalwood, or wild orchids and rare ferns gathered directly from natural forests without legal cultivation certification documents.
• Ancient Weapons and Hazardous Items: Such as ancient weapons of war, ancient swords, or explosives discovered at historical sites, which violate criminal and national security laws.
